Lawrence Krauss

“Every atom in your body came from a star that exploded. And, the atoms in your left hand probably came from a different star than your right hand. It really is the most poetic thing I know about physics: You are all stardust. You couldn’t be here if stars hadn’t exploded, because the elements - the carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, iron, all the things that matter for evolution and for life - weren’t created at the beginning of time. They were created in the nuclear furnaces of stars, and the only way for them to get into your body is if those stars were kind enough to explode.

"I took the stars from my eyes, and then I made a map I knew that somehow, I could find my way back"

I need to start writing more, I do not know where my head has been lately. I want to get a tattoo I have it partially thought through, the complete idea is still up in the air. It involves the lyrics from a FATM song, and Snow White. It also reflects my conflict with my father's demise, and the closure I had to obtain on my own. I am working on losing some weight currently, so alas it will be put on the burners for quite some time. I know my father had his reasons for being against tattoos, and that is fine. But I also know he would have appreciated the reasons for my tattoo.

"People are always shouting they want to create a better future. It's not true. The future is an apathetic void of no interest to anyone. The past is full of life, eager to irritate us, provoke and insult us, tempt us to destroy or repaint it. The only reason people want to be masters of the future is to change the past."

Don't judge the book by it's cover... It's not what you'll get...Trust me...
